The isometric double-NURBS was generated by discrete tool path data to describe the five-axis tool path,
However.the distance between NURBS curve of axis points and NURBS curve of cutter center points may be not equal.
In order to solve this problem.the method of unit sphere optimization of cutter axis vector NURBS curve was proposed.
The example simulation result shows that: the algorithm can make the linear tool path smoothly on the work piece
coordinate system and ensure the spacing of double NURBS equal. |
