针对现有的电子产品高温老化室控制系统在进行电子产品高温老化过程中存在的温度控制灵敏度低,温度变化
速率难以控制,操作过程可视性差等问题,提出了一种基于SCKey系统组态软件的电子产品高温老化室控制系统。设计
了基于PLC控制器的控制系统硬件结构,给出了电气控制线路图和PLC外部接线图;设计了基于SCKev系统组态软件
和AdvanTrol实时监控软件的现场控制组态界面。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,温度控制精度高,温度变化速率
符合高温老化工艺的技术要求,具有较好的控制效果。 |

ln view of the existing problems of the electronic products of high temperature aging control system in the
process by the electronic products for high temperature aging , including low sensitivity of temperature control, temperature
change rate control difficult and operating process of poor visibility, this paper put forward a kind of SCKey system
configuration software based on electronic products of high temperature aging room control system. Designed the control
system hardware structure based on PLC controller, provided the electrical control circuit diagram and PLC external
wiring diagram; designed real-time monitoring software system based on SCKey configuration software and AdvanTrol
control configuration interface on-site. The actual operation results show that the system is reliable, temperature control
with high precision, temperature change rate curve complies with technology requirements of high temperature aging
process, has a better control effect. |
