火花塞护套冷挤压工艺进行数值模拟分析,通过修改下冲头圆角来使金属在保证足够压余料下充满型腔并降低模具栽
荷,从而确保生产出更合理的产品。模拟结果表明,将下冲头的圆角改为R为2.O mm时既能确保了足够压余料5.62
mm情况下最终工序充满型腔,也降低了模具的应力,减少了原材料的浪费,降低了生产成本。 |

The numerical simulation software FROM-3D was used to simulate cold extrusion process for stainless steel
sheath spark plug. To the misrun and filling the dissatisfaction of sheath spark plug in the extrusion process by modifying
punch round to ensure the metal enough rest billet and reduce mold-load to produce the qualified extrusion parts. The
simulation results show that punch round R( 2. 0 mm) can ensure the final process with 5. 62 mm rest billet full of mold .
reduce the mold-load.save materials and reduce production cost. |
