为了解决传统强制式电梯输出功率偏大的问题,采用增加独立的平衡配重系统及利用势能发电的方法进行了电
梯的节能设计。依据力矩平衡原理,运用称重传感技术对负载变化进行实时监控,完成电梯的智能配重,减小电梯卷扬
机所受的阻力矩;采用自发电技术,将处于高位的平衡配重势能转化成电能,有助于能量的回收利用。利用平衡配重系
统,对势能进行存储、释放以及回收,达到有效的节能和延长卷扬机使用寿命的效果。 |

The output power of traditional forcedelevator was too large, in order to solve this problem, adopted
independent counterweight system and energy feedback technology for energy saving design. According to balance
principle, real-time monitored the load change by weighing sensing technology, completed intelligent weight of the lift,
reduced elevator hoist drag torque; using self power generation technology, the counterweight potential energy was
converted into electrical energy. By counterweight system, store .release and recycle the potential energy , effectively save
energy and prolong the service life. |
