偏心搅拌大都集中在对单层桨叶搅拌槽的研究,对双层的研究很少且集中在数值模拟研究,文章利用粒子图像
测速技术对轴偏心搅拌釜内流场进行实验研究。分析了不同偏心率对搅拌槽内宏观流场的影响,探讨了桨间轴向位置
处无因次化径向和轴向速度的分布。结果表明:搅拌槽内的速度最大值并不是随着偏心距的增大而增大;当偏心率e分
别为0.1和0.2时,可以提高径向速度的分布区间;当偏心率e>0.2时,内部存在一些漩涡导致速度波动比较大,这种流
体趋势并不有利于筒体内部流体的混合。研究结果对双层桨偏心搅拌器的设计具有指导意义。 |

The research of eccentric mixing is focus on the stirred tank with one impeller, rarely on the stirred tank with
dual-impellers which commonly researched by numerical simulation. The flow field in eccentric stirred tank of the
impeller was studied by particle image velocimetry ( PIV). The effects of an eccentricity of axial flow impeller on the
flow field and the distribution of μ/Vtip and v/Vtip at a axial position between the impellers in the tank were analyzed. The
results show that the max-velocity in the stirred tank isn't increase with the increase of the impeller eccentricity. The
distribution area of radial velocity can be engaged when e = 0. 1 and e = 0. 2. When e > 0.2, the velocity perturbation is
increased for the vortices in the tank. The flow pattern isn't benefit of the mixing in the stirred tank. The results are of
importance to the optimum design of eccentric stirred tank of dual-impellers. |
