试验方案创建、试验结果分析比较繁琐。文章提出了基于AMI二次开发技术和VB.NET开发的塑件翘曲变形快速优化
软件。软件设计时考虑模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间等因素对翘曲变形的影响,采用正
交表L25 (56)设计正交试验,软件自动创建正交试验方案、启动分析、读取翘曲变形结果,并对试验结果数据进行离差、极
差、影响规律和影响贡献率分析,最后给出最优工艺参数组合、最优工艺参数组合下的翘曲变形最大值和试验结论。该
软件的应用可以提高塑件翘曲变形缺陷的优化效率。 |

Through the combination of orthogonal test method and AMI software, the designing injection molding
simulation test can quickly optimize injection molding process parameters which affecting the plastic warping
deformation. The orthogonal test scheme and test result analysis are very complex. The development of plastic warping
deformation rapidly optimizing software was put forward based on AMI secondary development technology and VB. NET.
Considering the factors of mold temperature, melt temperature, injection rate, packing pressure, packing time and
cooling time on the influence of warping deformation, designing orthogonal test used L25 (56) orthogonal table. The
software automatically created orthogonal test scheme, starting solution analysis, reading the results of warping
deformation. The test results data of deviation, range, influence law and influence contribution were analyzed. And the
optimal process parameters combination, the maximum of warping deformation under the optimal process parameters
combination and the test results were given. Application of the software greatly enhances the optimization efficiency of
plastic warping deformation defect. |
