ln order to increase productivity and solve the drawbacks of manual or half automatic screwing thread steel
covers, the industrial manipulator was proposed to used to screw it automatically. A robot control system was designed
for steel drums' thread steel covers' screwing, and the construction of the system was completed based on EtherCAT bus
technologies by CoDeSys software. The system can realize automatic production by the robot which grasps and screws
thread steel covers automatically. |
