为了研究热收缩包装机内部风扇布置对内部温度场分布的影响,建立包装机数学仿真模型,利用SolidWorks进行三维建模,采用多重参考系模型(MRF)在FLUENT中进行流场计算,仿真实际工作条件下包装机内部温度场分布情况,并结合相关实验结果验证仿真模型的可行性。在此基础上仿真不同风扇数量条件下的温度场,分析了既能满足工作要求,同时又能达到成本控制目的的风扇数量。[JP2]结果表明:仿真模型数据与实验数据吻合;双风扇条件下温度场分布均匀且温度基本满足工作要求,可以替代3风扇条件。该研究可为包装机优化设计提供参考,缩短设计周期,降低设备成本。 |

According to the characteristics of heat shrinking packaging machine, the internal temperature field distribution under the influence of fan was studied, the mathematical model of machine was established, and the three dimensional model was carried out by SolidWorks. The multiple reference frames (MRF) was used to simulate the flow field in FLUENT. The distribution of temperature field inside the packaging machine under the actual working conditions was simulated and the feasibility of the simulation model was verified by the relevant experimental results. On this basis, the temperature field under different number of fans was simulated and the number of fans which met the working requirements while achieving the cost control purpose was analyzed. The results show that the simulation model data is consistent with the experimental data, and distribution of the temperature field under the two fans condition is uniform and the temperature basically meets the working requirements, which can replace the three fans condition. The research can provide reference for optimization design of machine, shorten design cycle,and reduce the cost of the equipment. |
