为研究离心泵输送气液两相介质时的内部流动规律,采用FLUENT软件对其内部流动进行数值模拟,研究叶轮内不同截面处的气液两相流动,分析进口气相体积分数和流量对叶轮内部流动的影响,以揭示叶轮内不同截面处气相分布与相对速度随进口气相体积分数与流量的变化规律。研究结果表明:前盖板附近截面气相集中区域较大;大流量对气相的积聚具有一定的冲刷作用;在设计工况下,泵内气相体积分数随叶轮半径的增加先增大后减小;进口气相体积分数对前盖板截面附近相对速度影响较大,中截面和前盖板截面附近相对速度受流量的影响较大。研究结果对气液两相流泵的优化设计及高效运行具有参考价值。 |

In order to study the internal flow in a centrifugal pump when transporting gas liquid two phase medium, FLUENT software was used to simulate the internal flow under different working conditions. The gas liquid two phase flow on different sections of the impeller was researched. The influence of the inlet gas volume fraction and the flow rate on the internal flow of the pump was analyzed. The variation regularity of the gas phase distribution and the relative velocity on different sections of the impeller with the inlet gas volume fraction and the flow rate was revealed. The main research results show that the accumulation area of the gas phase on the section near the impeller front shroud is relatively large. Under high flow rate conditions, the gas is not easy to accumulate on flow channel of the impeller. Under the design condition, the gas volume fraction in the pump increases and then decreases with the increase of the impeller radius. The inlet gas volume fraction has a great influence on the relative velocity on the section near the impeller front shroud. The flow rate has a great effect on the relative velocity on the section near the front shroud and the middle section of the impeller. The results have reference value for the optimal design and efficient operation of gas liquid two phase flow pump. |
