针对软脆光学镜片在多件超精密抛光时由于工件厚度尺寸不一致,使加工后工件表面质量一致性较差的问题,提出了对同批待加工工件按厚度预分组后再抛光的方法,以提高产品良品率。为使抛光一致性和分组筛选时间平衡最优,本课题组对多件抛光时工件表面的应力状况进行有限元分析,分析最佳的尺寸分组阈值,并以实验验证。分析结果表明直径为20 mm的软脆光学镜片尺寸分组阈值设为15 μm时结果最佳。该研究可为提高抛光软脆光学镜片生产成品率提供参考。 |

By the problem of the inconsistent thickness size in multi piece ultra precision polishing which led to the poor inconsistent surface of the soft brittle optical lens, the workpieces were grouped by the thickness size and polished to improve the production yield. In order to optimize the polish coherence and foreordain grouping time, the stress of the workpiece was analyzed by finite element analysis, and it was verified by experiment. The results show that the optimal grouping threshold of the 20 mm diameter optical lens is set to 15 μm. The research can provide a reference to improve production rate of soft brittle optical lens optics. |
