针对目前市场上3D打印机的打印形式主要以激光立体印刷、选择性激光烧结及熔融沉积技术为主,存在打印速度慢、精度
低等缺点,提出了一种基于数字光处理技术的3D打印机系统。设计的3D打印机由机械结构、下位机系统与上位机软件3部分组成。机械结构采用上投影的光机布
置方式,松下PLC作为下位机来控制工作基板、液位及刮刀等模块协同工作,上位机软件通过USB转RS232与下位机实现数据通信,完成对3D打印机的打印参数及
硬件参数的设置、硬件控制功能的实现。实验结果表明,该基于数字光处理技术的3D打印机能够快速打印出医学临床中的胫骨模型,满足医学领域高速度、高精
度的打印要求。 |

For the current study of 3D printer, there are three main printing forms which include SLA (stereo lithography apparatus), SLS (selective laser
sintering) and FDM (fused deposition modeling), but they have the common disadvantages of slow printing speed and low precision. In order to solve the problem, a 3D printer system was
designed based on digital light processing. The 3D printer is composed of mechanical structure, lower computer system and upper computer software. The mechanical structure adopted an
overhead projection arrangement, and Panasonic PLC was used as a lower computer to make multiple modules such as working substrate, level and scraper to work together. The upper
computer software accomplished data communication with the lower computer system via USB to RS232, which can set the printing parameters and hardware parameters as well as the
hardware control function. The application and practice show that the DLP 3D printer can quickly print out the tibial model in clinical, and meet the requirements of high speed and high
quality in the medical field. |
