针对目前家用冰箱所使用的R134a制冷剂存在消耗臭氧潜能值和全球变暖潜能值高的问题,提出了使用R1234yf及其混合物来代替R134a的设想,
从而使家用冰箱更环保更安全。课题组研究了R134a与R1234yf的热物性并得出了混合制冷剂的配比;选用一台BCD 141WBJ家用冰箱搭建实验系统;采用LabView
软件并结合各类传感器组成数据采集系统;对所得的数据进行处理分析,实验结果表明R1234yf及其混合制冷剂能够在不改变现有冰箱结构的条件下代替R134a,
并且能效比不会明显下降。 |

In view of the problem that the R134a refrigerant used in household refrigerators has high consumption potential of ozone and high potential of global
warming, the idea of using R1234yf and its mixture to replace R134a was put forward, to make household refrigerators more environmental friendly and safe. The thermal properties of
R134a and R1234yf were studied and the ratio of mixed refrigerants was obtained. A BCD 141WBJ household refrigerator was used to build an experimental system. The data collection
system was composed of LabView software and various kinds of sensors, and the data was processed and analyzed. The experimental results show that R1234yf and its mixed refrigerant
can replace R134a without changing the structure of existing fridge, and the coefficient of performance of refrigeration will not decrease significantly. |
