摘要:为了提高焊接质量和焊接效率,需设计相关的焊缝辨识与跟踪装置,从而实现自动化焊接。而焊接时产生的高温环境对该类装置的正
常工作构成威胁,因而其附属冷却系统的设计尤为重要。通过建立该类焊缝跟踪装置的三维全尺寸仿真模型,设置相关的边界条件,采用标准的k e模型进
行仿真,获得其内部完整的流场和温度场,并分析和完善其冷却效果。结果表明,经气体强迫对流换热后,该类装置的温度明显下降且分布较为均匀,冷却系统
符合相关需求。 |

It is necessary to design the weld identification and tracking device to improve the welding quality and welding efficiency, thus realizing the automatic
welding. The high temperature environment during welding is a threat to the normal operation of such devices, so it′s particularly important to design the auxiliary cooling system. By
establishing the three dimensional full size simulation model of this kind of welding seam tracking device and setting the relevant boundary conditions, the standard k e model was
adopted for simulation to obtain the internal flow field and temperature field, the cooling effect was analyzed and improved. The results show that after the forced convection heat transfer,
the temperature of the device decreases obviously and the distribution is relatively uniform, the cooling system conforms to relevant requirements. |
