为研究空气冷却器换热管的振动特性,将内部充满液体的单根换热管作为研究对象,基于流固耦合方法,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟单根换热管在支撑板约束条件下的动力特性,改变支撑板个数及厚度,分析不同结构参数对换热管共振频率的影响。结果表明:同一换热管上设置支撑板数越多,其固有频率越高;跨管数为m的换热管每2m阶固有频率形成一个频率带;支撑板厚度对高阶固有频率及支撑板数较多的换热管固有频率影响较大。因此,可以通过设置支撑板个数及厚度等参数来提高换热管固有频率,降低设备出现故障的几率。 |

In order to explore the vibration property of heat exchange tube of air cooler, a single heat exchange tube filled with liquid inside was studied as the research object, the method of fluid structure coupling was adopted, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the dynamic property of the single heat exchange tube under the constraint of the support plates, analyzed the influence of different structural parameters on the resonant frequency of heat exchange tube by changing the numbers and thicknesses of support plates. The results show that the more support plates set on the same heat exchange tube, the higher the natural frequency is. A frequency band is formed for every 2m orders natural frequencies of the heat exchange tube with a span of m. The thickness of the support plate has a great influence on the natural frequency of high order and the heat exchange tube with more support plate numbers. Therefore, the natural frequency of heat exchange tube can be increased by setting parameters such as number and thickness of support plate, and the failure rate of equipment can be reduced. |
