表面微织构的刀具与无微织构刀具的切削性能不同,为了研究前刀面带有沟槽微织构的硬质合金刀具的切削性能,通过三维绘图软件绘制织构刀具的二维简化图导入AdvantEdge 中,利用有限元软件AdvantEdge构建切削过程的二维仿真模型,在相同条件下,运用单一变量法对微织构和无微织构刀具进行二维切削仿真,通过对比发现织构刀具在应力、切屑形态方面都有积极的改善作用,刀具表面微织构能够降低切削力、切削温度。 |

Tools with a micro texture on surface shows different cutting performance with ordinary cutting tools. In order to study carbide cutting tool′s cutting performance with micro channel texture on the rake face, three dimensional drawing software was used in this study to make two dimensional modeling of textured tools, finite element analysis software AdvantEdge was used to construct the two dimensional simulation model of cutting process, and the single variable control method was adopted to simulate the two dimensional cutting of non micro texture and micro texture cutter under the same conditions. Through comparison, the results show that micro texture tools can improve the stress, chip shape and reduce cutting force, cutting temperature. |
