方法可有效地降低烘缸联接处不连续区域的最大应力,可使烘缸满足应力强度要求,提高烘缸的安全性能。 |

Aiming at the problem that the structural discontinuity area of high pressure cast iron dryer is easy to break and fracture in the actual working
process, the stress analysis of the whole cylinder was proposed by using the finite element software ANSYS. It was figured out that the maximum stress intensity of the dryer cylinder was
located at the hub and the joint of the cylinder head. The finite element analysis was carried out by increasing the radius of the transition fillet at the joint between the hub and the cylinder
head. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the maximum stress in the discontinuous area of the dryer connection, meet the requirements of the stress intensity of the
dryer and improve the safety performance of the dryer. |
