针对目前超市使用的冷藏柜,其CO2双级压缩制冷循环系统中带中冷器的气冷器的出口温度并不理想,高于环境温度许多的情况,课题组提出了优化气冷器管程布置的试验方案。利用MATLAB程序对带中冷器的气冷器进行了模拟计算,并对CO2双级压缩制冷循环系统中带中冷器的气冷器进行了实验研究。通过对气冷器管壁出口温度的实验值和模拟值进行了对比分析,验证了模拟程序准确性。并且对现有的带中冷器的气冷器进行改进:修改CO2的流动线路,增大中冷器的换热面积,对气冷器的管程进行了重新的分配,然后对改进的带中冷器的气冷器的出口温度进行了模拟计算。结果显示,改进方案能有效优化带中冷器的气冷器的出口温度,提高了气冷器的整体性能。 |

In view of the situation that the outlet temperature of the gas cooler with intercooler in the CO2 two stage compression refrigeration cycle system currently used in supermarkets was not ideal and much higher than the ambient temperature, a scheme for optimizing the tube arrangement of the gas cooler was proposed. The MATLAB program was used to simulate the gas cooler with intercooler, and the gas cooler with intercooler in the CO2 two stage compression refrigeration cycle system was experimentally studied. The experimental and numerical values of the outlet temperature of the gas cooler tube were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the simulation program. Moreover, an optimization scheme was proposed: the flow line of CO2 was modified, the heat transfer area of the intercooler was increased and the pipeline of the air cooler was redistributed. The simulated outlet temperature of the improved gas cooler with the intercooler was simulated. The results show that the scheme can effectively optimize the outlet temperature of the gas cooler with intercooler and improve the overall performance of the air cooler. |
