针对冷却风机在设计优化过程中存在试验成本高和效率低等缺点,课题组提出了基于CFD的风机性能试验仿真方法。冷却风机性能试验仿真以CATIA建模软件和FLUENT流体仿真软件为基础,通过CFD计算,实现对冷却风机气动性能参数的分析与研究。仿真的湍流模型采用RNG κ ε模型,旋转模型采用MRF多重参考坐标系模型,求解方法选用SIMPLE算法。通过仿真数据与试验数据的对比,得出各性能参数的仿真误差均在9%以下,仿真精度在可接受范围内。研究结果表明:冷却风机性能试验仿真的条件设置和计算方法可以满足一般工程应用;仿真模型具有一定的应用价值,可以利用其研究冷却风机的气动性能。 |

Aiming at the disadvantages of high test cost and low efficiency in the design optimization process of cooling fans, a simulation method for fan performance test based on CFD was proposed. The cooling fan performance simulation test was based on CATIA modeling software and FLUENT fluid simulation software. Through CFD calculation, the analysis and research of the cooling fan aerodynamic performance parameters were realized. The simulated turbulence model used the RNG κ ε model, the rotation model used the MRF multiple reference coordinate system model, and the solution method used the SIMPLE algorithm. By comparing the simulation data with the test data, it was concluded that the simulation error of each performance parameter was less than 9%, and the simulation accuracy was within an acceptable range. The results show that the condition setting and calculation method of the cooling fan performance test simulation can meet the general engineering application, the simulation model has certain application value, and it can be used to study the aerodynamic performance of the cooling fan. |
