为解决高速电梯轿厢气压变化引起的乘坐舒适性问题,课题组提出了一种高速电梯轿厢气压变化调节技术。以康力电梯股份有限公司的KLK2型高速电梯相关参数为依据,研究了高速电梯轿厢内外气压关系,推导出轿厢气压变化曲线与气体泄漏流量曲线,制定了轿厢气压调节风机流量曲线,根据气压调节风机流量曲线设计了带反馈机制的高速电梯气压调节控制方案。高速电梯轿厢气压变化调节技术有助于降低高速电梯噪声,提高乘坐舒适性。 |

Aiming at the problem of the ride comfort caused by the change of air pressure in high speed elevator car, the air pressure regulation technology of high speed elevator car was proposed. According to the relevant parameters of KLK2 high speed elevator of Canny Elevator Co., Ltd., the relationship between the air pressure inside and outside elevator car was studied, the air pressure change curve and gas leakage flow rate curve were deduced, and the flow curve of air pressure regulating fan was calculated. According to the flow curve of air pressure regulating fan, a control scheme of air pressure regulating for high speed elevator with feedback mechanism was designed. The proposed air pressure regulation technology of high speed elevator car researched is helpful to reduce the noise of high speed elevator and improve the ride comfort. |
