为提高镁合金圆筒件拉深成形质量,课题组利用有限元模拟软件Dynaform和正交试验方法对压边圈分块位置、压边力分配比例及总压边力进行径向分块压边模拟优化。通过对板材壁厚研究,在分块位置80 mm,压边力分配比例1[DK]∶3,总压边力16 kN时,可获得板材最大变薄率的最小值(16.81%);而在分块位置65 mm,压边力分配比例1[DK]∶3,总压边力20 kN时,可获得板材最大变厚率的最小值(6.74%)。与整体压边相比,径向分块压边有效改善了板材壁厚不均匀性,这对工业上提高板材成型质量、获得优良产品具有一定参考意义。 |

In order to improve the drawing quality of magnesium alloy cylinder, the finite element simulation software Dynaform and orthogonal experimental method were used to simulate and optimize the block location of blank holder ring, the distribution proportion of blank holder force and the total blank holder force. According to the study of the wall thickness of the plate, the minimum value of the maximum thinning rate (16.81%) can be obtained at 80 mm of the block location, 1[DK]∶3 of the blank holder force distribution ratio and 16 kN of the total blank holder force; while the minimum value of the maximum thinning rate (6.74%) can be obtained at 65 mm of the block location, 1[DK]∶3 of the blank holder force distribution ratio and 20 kN of the total blank holder force. Compared with the overall blank holder, the radial block blank holder can effectively improve the wall thickness nonuniformity of the sheet metal, which has certain reference significance for improving the sheet metal forming quality and obtaining excellent products in industry. |
