透明厚壁塑料制品在注塑成型过程中,往往会在浇口附近出现流痕现象,影响了产品的外观质量要求。因此,课题组以扰流优化浇口熔料的流动形态,提升浇口料流湍流效果和注射温度,从而实现消除浇口附近的流痕。以厚壁透明导光条车灯为研究对象,基于模流分析技术,模拟3种不同类型的扰流柱结构的扰流效果,从产品表面冻结层因子、流动前沿温度和壁面剪切应力来判断流痕出现的可能性。模拟结果表明菱形结构扰流柱能够有效消除浇口附近流痕。经试模,制件表面无明显流痕,达到了产品的质量要求。 |

In the injection molding process of transparent thick wall plastic products, flow marks often appear near the gate, which affects the appearance quality requirements of products. Therefore, the disturbance flow was used to optimize the flow pattern of the gate melt and improve the temperature of the gate material flow, so as to eliminate the flow marks near the gate. Taking the thick wall transparent light guide strip lamp as the research object, based on the moldflow analysis technology, three different types of gate spoiler structure were simulated to determine the possibility of flow mark from the freezing layer factor of the product surface, the temperature of the flow front and the wall shear stress. Finally, it was determined that the rhombic structure spoiler can effectively eliminate the flow mark near the gate. No obvious flow mark was found on the surface of the part after the test, which meets the quality requirements of the product. |
