针对目前密封签需求数量少且规格变化频繁,不适合拼大版印刷和裁切的情况,课题组基于TRIZ理论对密封签印刷机构进行结构创新设计和仿真分析。运用“物 场模型”分析现有密封签印刷机构存在的问题,结合40个发明成果的原理对印刷机构进行创新设计,使其符合密封签单张定制印刷和贴封的生产需求;利用SolidWorks构建三维模型并进行仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明:压印叼牙辊可以满足咬紧和松脱单张密封签的生产要求,3 s可完成单张密封签印刷,印刷速度达到20个/min。经密封签印刷样机试机,印刷速度可达到30~40个/min,密封签印刷和贴封质量稳定,达到了预期要求。 |

In view of the fact that the number of seal labels required is small and the specifications change frequently, which are not suitable for imposition printing and cutting, the structural innovation design and simulation analysis of seal label printing mechanism based on TRIZ theory were carried out. The "substance field model" was used to analyze the problems existing in the seal label printing mechanism, and the principles of 40 inventions were combined to innovate the design of the printing mechanism to meet the production requirements of customized printing and paste sealing of a single seal; The three dimensional model was constructed by using SolidWorks and for simulation analysis. The simulation analysis results show that the embossing gripper roller can meet the production requirements of clenching and loosening the single seal label, and the single seal label can be printed in 3 seconds, and the printing speed can reach 20 pcs/min. After the test run of the sealing label printing prototype, the printing speed can reach 30 40 pcs/min, and the quality of sealing label printing and pasting is stable, meeting the expected requirements. |
