为了改善离心风机的气动音质,课题组设计了一种带旋转导叶的离心风机,采用多重参考系(multi reference frame, MRF)方法,实现带旋转导叶的离心风机流场仿真,分析了添加与不添加旋转导叶情况下旋转导叶数和旋转导叶型线对离心风机流场的影响。结果表明:旋转导叶能有效地均匀离心风机的流场,为离心风机气动音质的改善创造了有利条件;存在最佳的旋转导叶数,使得在流场分布较为均匀时离心风机做功效率最高;旋转导叶型线为反S形时离心风机流场的均匀性明显优于正S形型线。工程应用结果与仿真结果一致。 |

To improve the aerodynamic sound quality of centrifugal fan, a centrifugal fan with rotating guide vanes was designed by the research group in which the flow field was simulated using MRF (multi reference frame) method, so as to analyze the effect of number and profile of rotating guide vanes on the flow field of the centrifugal fan with and without rotating guide vanes. The results indicate that the rotating guide vanes can effectively uniform the flow field of the centrifugal fan, which creates favorable conditions for the improvement of the aerodynamic sound quality of the centrifugal fan; there is an optimum number of rotating guide vanes, so that when the flow field distribution is uniform, the work efficiency of centrifugal fan is the highest; the flow field uniformity of the centrifugal fan with inverse S shaped guide vane profile is obviously better than that with normal S shaped guide vane profile. The engineering application results are consistent with the simulation results. |
