为了分析SiCp/Al复合材料的切削力形成机理,同时考虑SiCp/Al复合材料加工性能以及成本问题,课题组建立了SiCp/Al复合材料的工件和切削刀具二维有限元仿真模型。利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件动态模拟SiCp/Al复合材料的车削过程,通过改变切削速度和刀尖圆弧半径2个切削参数,得到了SiCp/Al复合材料切削力的变化规律;同时还分析了SiCp/Al复合材料切屑形成过程和已加工表面质量的影响因素。结果表明:切削力随着刀尖圆弧半径的增大而增大,随着切削速度的增大而波动明显;加工表面质量主要受颗粒的压入、破碎等因素影响。 |

In order to analyze the formation mechanism of cutting force of SiCp/Al composite, and considering the machining difficulty and cost of SiCp/Al composite, the research group established a two dimensional finite element simulation model of SiCp/AI composites workpiece and cutting tool. The turning process of SiCp/Al composite was dynamically simulated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software. And the change rule of cutting force of SiCp/Al composites was obtained by changing the 2 cutting parameters of cutting speed and the radius of the tool tip. At the same time, the influence factors of chip formation process and machined surface quality of SiCp/Al composites were analyzed. The results show that the cutting force increases with the increase of tool tip arc radius, and fluctuates obviously with the increase of cutting speed; the machined surface quality is mainly affected by the factors such as particle pressing and crushing. |
