针对永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)因外部干扰和内部参数变化引起的转速波动,导致电流预测控制系统的控制性能降低问题,课题组提出了一种基于参数调整的改进电流预测控制系统。首先通过2步电流预测控制以及校正因子对预测电流进行优化,改善电流预测控制系统,减少响应时间,保证系统的稳定性;再通过参数调整器来修正预测控制器中电机的参数,减小永磁同步直线电机的速度稳态波动,消除由系统扰动引起的稳态电流和暂态误差。仿真结果表明:在永磁同步直线电机参数不匹配的情况下,所提出的控制方案是有效的。 |

In view of the problem that the speed fluctuation of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMLSM) caused by external disturbance and internal parameter change leads to the decreasing control performance of current predictive control system, an improved current predictive control system based on parameter adjustment was proposed. Firstly, the predictive current was optimized by two step current predictive control and correction factors to improve the current predictive control system, reduce the response time and ensure the stability of the system. Then the parameters of the motor in the prediction controller were corrected by the parameter regulator to reduce the steady state velocity fluctuation of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor and eliminate the steady state current and transient error caused by system disturbance. The simulation results show that the proposed control scheme is effective when the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor do not match. |
