针对家用低压燃气管道因操作不当、管道老化或其他原因造成的燃气泄漏、爆炸等安全问题,笔者设计了一种新型的燃气安全自闭阀。设计了基于燃气自力驱动的欠压保护装置和超压切断装置,介绍了燃气安全自闭阀在燃气欠压时欠压保护功能或超压时超压切断功能的动作原理;采用流场仿真技术计算了自闭阀稳定工作时的阀内流场,通过动网格技术研究了自闭阀的启闭特性。研究结果表明:设计的燃气安全自闭阀超压自动关闭压力为6 kPa,欠压自动关闭压力为0.8 kPa,启闭时间为0.013 8 s,实现了基于燃气自力驱动无需额外动力的技术效果。设计的自闭阀对燃气管线的压力变化具有较高的敏感性,可在燃气管道处于欠压、超压和升温状态时迅速关闭,有效保障用户用气安全。 |

Aiming at the safety problems on domestic low pressure gas pipeline, including gas leakage and explosion caused by improper operation, pipeline aging or other reasons, a new type of gas safety self closing valve was designed. The under pressure protection device and over pressure cut off device based on gas self driven were designed, the action principle of under pressure protection function and over pressure protection function of gas self closing valve was introduced when the valve was in low pressure and over pressure condition; the flow field in the gas self closing valve was calculated by field simulation technology, the opening/closing performance of gas self closing valve were studied by dynamic mesh technology. The research results show that the pressure for the designed gas safety self closing valve automatic over pressure shutoff is 6 kPa, the pressure for the automatic under pressure shutoff is 0.8 kPa, the opening/closing time is 0.013 8 s, the technology based on gas self driven with no extra power is required. The designed self closing valve is highly sensitive to the pressure change of the gas pipeline, and is closed quickly when the gas pipeline is under pressure, over pressure and rising temperature, which can effectively ensure the safety of users′ gas use. |
