为了探究无缝内衣机中传动机构的选择与位置的安放对整机运转的影响,课题组结合无缝内衣机的编织工艺,深入分析整机传动机理,对传动机构中典型部件——斜齿轮传动机构和下主同步带传动机构建立了振动力学模型;利用振动加速度传感器采集2种传动机构在x向,y向和z向上的振动频率信号,进行理论分析和实验验证;最后再对典型传动机构的振动特性进行分析与对比。结论表明:理论与实验2种方式的结论一致,斜齿轮传动机构中螺旋角使其适合与传递载荷量较大的针筒齿轮进行啮合传动;而同步带传动机构3向振动平稳,适合远距离传输。研究成果为从振动层面分析传动机构的选择安装提供了参考和实验依据。 |

To investigate the influence of the selection and location of the transmission mechanism on the operation of the seamless underwear machine, combined with the knitting process of the seamless underwear machine, the transmission mechanism of the whole machine was deeply analyzed, and the vibration mechanical models of the typical parts of the transmission mechanism the helical gear transmission mechanism and the lower main synchronous belt transmission mechanism were established. The vibration frequency signals of the two transmission mechanisms in the x direction, y direction and z direction were collected by the vibration acceleration sensor for theoretical analysis and experimental verification. Finally, the vibration characteristics of typical transmission mechanisms were analyzed and compared. The results show that the theoretical and experimental conclusions are consistent. The helix angle of the helical gear transmission mechanism makes it suitable for meshing transmission with the syringe gear that transmits a large amount of load; while the synchronous belt transmission mechanism three way vibration is stable and suitable for transmission with a relatively long distance. The research results provide reference and experimental basis for the analysis of the selection and installation of the transmission mechanism from the vibration level. |
