针对现阶段大桶水回收桶破损后难以被检测出来,导致投诉率高、生产及运输成本增加的难题,笔者设计了高速全自动检漏装置。采用高压真空压力检测,通过压差变化判断桶有无破损并对破损桶进行准确剔除;采用可调机械结构满足对多种桶型的检测;采用浮动接头设计实现稳定定位和精准密封;采用PLC控制踢桶模块剔除不合格桶。实际生产使用表明:产能较之前提高了50%以上,准确率提高了15%。该设计降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了漏检率。 |

A high speed automatic leak detection device was designed for the problems of high complaint rate and increased production and transportation costs in the production of large barrels of water due to the difficulty to detect the broken defects of water recycling barrrels at the present stage. The detection scheme of using high pressure vacuum pressure detection to study the differential pressure change was designed to eliminate the damaged barrel accurately. The adjustable mechanical structure was adopted to realize the application of various barrel types. Floating joint design was adopted to realize stable positioning and accurate sealing PLC controlled barrel kicking module was used to eliminate unqualified barrel. The actual production results show that the device has high efficiency and the production capacity is more than 50% higher than before and the leak detection accuracy has been improved by 15%. The design reduces the labor intensity of the staff, improves the production efficiency and reduces the missed inspection rate. |
