针对染色机换热器使用过程中封头出现横向裂纹缺陷的问题,课题组采用无损检测、理化分析方法对封头缺陷位置进行全面检验。检验结果发现:裂纹在外表面的扩展速率比内表面快;裂纹在马氏体组织内部扩展方向大致平行于细条,外表面直边段马氏体体积分数、硬度最大值是内表面的2倍左右。研究结果表明:在残余应力、机械划痕、形变马氏体组织以及氯离子环境共同作用下形成了氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。封头使用前应增加宏观、理化复检,建议有关国家标准中增加对奥氏体不锈钢冷加工后的铁素体质量分数限定。 |

In order to solve the problem of transverse crack in the head of dyeing machine heat exchanger, the nondestructive testing and physicochemical analysis were used to comprehensively examine the head defect position. Test results show that crack propagation rate on the outer surface is faster than that on the inner surface. The propagation direction of cracks in martensite is roughly parallel to the thin strip, and the maximum martensite volume fraction and hardness of the straight edge segment on the outer surface are about two times of that on the inner surface. The results show that chloride stress corrosion cracking is formed under the combined action of residual stress, mechanical scratch, deformation martensite structure and chloride ion environment. The macro and physical and chemical reinspection should be added when the head is used. It is suggested that the restriction of ferrite mass fraction after cold processing of austenitic stainless steel should be added in relevant national standard. |
