      氦检漏具有灵敏度高、仪器响应快和安全性好的特点,目前常用于高压氢气瓶气密性检测。使用氦氮混合气作为示踪气体可降低氦检成本,而精确配制高压氦氮混合气是获取准确泄漏率的重要前提。基于道尔顿分压定律的压力法配制混合气体成本低、操作简单且配制速度快,但未考虑配制过程中的温升效应和高压对真实气体压缩系数的影响。课题组利用真实气体性能参数对比道尔顿分压定律和阿马加分体积定律,结果表明阿马加分体积定律可以更准确地描述实际高压气体特性,并在此基础上提出了基于阿马加分体积定律的混合气配制方法。实验结果显示:当氦摩尔分数在5% ~ 20%之间时,基于阿马加分体积定律的混合气配制方法可将氦气分数误差控制在2%以内,满足高压氢气瓶气密性实验需求。
英文摘要:
      Helium leak detection has high sensitivity, fast instrument response and good safety, which is commonly used in the air tightness test of high pressure hydrogen cylinders. Using helium nitrogen mixture as tracer gas can reduce the cost of helium testing, and the precise preparation of high pressure helium nitrogen mixture is an important prerequisite for obtaining accurate leak rates. The pressure method based on Dalton′s law of partial pressure is low in preparation cost, simple in operation and fast in preparation, but the effect of temperature rise in the preparation process and the influence of high pressure on the real gas compressibility are not considered. Dalton′s law of partial pressure and Amagat′s volume law were compared with real gas performance parameters, and the results show that the Amagat′s law can more accurately describe the characteristics of the actual high pressure gas. On this basis, a mixing gas preparation method based on Ammar′s law of volume was proposed. The test results show that when the mole fraction of helium is between 5% and 20%, the helium concentration error can be controlled within 2% by the method based on the Amagat′s law, which meets the requirements of air tightness test of high pressure hydrogen cylinders.
