为了提高数控锁孔机的加工准确性、稳定性及加工效率,课题组提出了一种基于ARM Cortex M7内核的ARM平台嵌入式控制系统。采用正则表达式的译码方法,设计了人机交互模块;基于7段柔性S形加减速控制算法设计了伺服电机驱动模块;设计了MCU主控模块、接口电路模块和整个系统的电源管理模块,并根据每一模块的功能需求设计了相应的控制软件。经过测试验证表明:该控制系统操作简单,实现了快速和稳定的精确加工,提高了生产效率和加工质量,降低了加工成本。该系统能使数控锁孔机实现自动化生产。 |

In order to improve the processing accuracy, stability and efficiency of CNC keyhole machine, an ARM Cortex M7 core based embedded control system was proposed. The human computer interaction module was designed with regular expressions decoding method; the servo motor drive module was designed based on the seven stage flexible S shaped acceleration and deceleration control algorithm; the MCU main control module, the interface circuit module and the power management module of the whole system were designed, and the corresponding control application software were designed according to the functional requirements of each module. The testing and verification results show that the control system is simple to operate and realizes fast and stable accurate processing, improving production efficiency and processing quality, and reduces processing costs. The system can realize automatic production of CNC keyhole machine. |
