为实现线束生产线的全自动化、无人化,提高生产效率,课题组设计了一条适用于新能源汽车高压线束的自动化生产线控制系统。首先,根据加工要求进行结构设计,实现全自动运行功能;其次,构建控制系统硬件平台并进行了控制系统的软件开发;最后,利用PCHMI工业组态控件设计人机交互界面,形成了以松下FP0HC32ET系列PLC为控制核心,可实现在线监控、故障处理、在线生产和生产工艺存储等功能为一体的自动控制系统。实验结果表明:该控制系统具有精度高、可靠性高、效率高和成本低的优点,可满足线束加工的控制需求,实现了生产线的无人化、自动化运行。 |

In order to achieve the full automation and unmanned production of wire harness processing, and improve production efficiency, an automated production line control system for new energy vehicle high voltage wire harness was designed. First of all, the structure was designed according to the processing requirements to achieve fully automatic operating function; Secondly, the control system hardware platform was built and the control system software was developed; Finally, the PCHMI industrial configuration control was used to design the human computer interaction interface, an automatic control system with Panasonic FP0HC32ET series PLC as the control core that can realize online monitoring, fault treatment, online production, production process storage and other functions was formed. The results show that the control system has the advantages of high precision, high reliability, high efficiency and low cost, which can meet the production requirements of wire harness processing and realize the unmanned and automatic operation of the production line. |
