      针对目前苹果套袋时存在人工套袋操作不便、效率低等问题,课题组设计了一种苹果自动套袋机。该设计采用了四连杆与曲柄滑块结合的开口机构,以提高开袋效率;采用三合口束口、扎口机构,以对市面一般果袋进行束口和扎口工作;采用基于光电开关的位置检测模块,通过闭环控制来实现各机构动作的流畅衔接。模拟结果表明:该设计不仅具有操作简单、稳定可靠等特点,而且有效提高了中大型果园的套袋效率。该设计能有效满足苹果套袋的要求。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problems of inconvenient manual bagging operation and low efficiency in current apple bagging, a mechanical structure design of apple automatic bagging machine was proposed. The opening mechanism of combining a four connecting rod and crank slider was designed to improve the bag opening efficiency. The binding and tying structure based on three part mechanism was used to carry out the work of binding and tying on the general fruit bags in the market. The fruit bag position detection module based on photoelectric switch was adopted to realize the smooth connection of each mechanism through the closed loop control. The software simulation results show that the design not only has the characteristics of simple operation, stability and reliability, but also can effectively improve the bagging efficiency of medium and large orchards. This design can meet the requirements of apple bagging.
