为了探究气泡在剪切稀化流体内的非稳态运动特性,笔者利用VOF方法结合连续表面张力模型研究了Galileo数和Etvs数对气泡水动力学特性的影响。结果表明:气泡在剪切稀化流体内运动时的水动力学特性与Galileo数和Etvs数密切相关;当流变指数和特征时间给定时,Galileo数和Etvs数的增大(即表面张力和零剪切黏度的减弱)均会导致气泡非稳定运动的出现。因此,提高Galileo数和Etvs数能够促进剪切稀化流体内气泡非稳态运动的发生,有利于相间的质量和热量传递。 |

In order to investigate the unsteady motion characteristics of bubbles within shear thinning fluid, the effects of Galileo number and Etvs number on the hydrodynamic characteristics of bubbles were studied by using the VOF method in combination with a continuous surface tension model. The results show that the hydrodynamic characteristics of bubbles moving in shear thinning fluids are closely related to Galileo number and Etvs number. When rheological index and characteristic time are fixed, an increase in Galileo and Etvs numbers (i.e., a decrease in surface tension and zero shear viscosity) will lead to the emergence of bubble unstable motion. Therefore, increasing Galileo number and Etvs number can promote the unsteady motion of bubbles in shear thinning fluid, which is beneficial to mass and heat transfer between phases. |
