针对电磁阀无法建立精确的数学模型,及存在小信号死区时间的问题,课题组设计了基于STM32单片机的控制系统,提出了一种积分补偿模糊控制算法,将目标气压和实际气压的气压差以及气压差的变化率作为输入,建立模糊控制规则库,将脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号作为输出作用于电磁阀,实现了气压的精准跟踪控制。实际运行结果表明:该方法在气压控制系统中具有控制精度高、鲁棒性好等特点,优于传统的PID控制方法。 |

Aiming at the problem that the solenoid valve could not establish an accurate mathematical model and had a small signal dead time, a control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer was designed, and a fuzzy control algorithm with integral compensation was proposed. The air pressure difference between the target air pressure and the actual air pressure,as well as the change rate of the air pressure difference were taken as the input, and the fuzzy control rule base was established.The PWM pulse width signal was taken as the output to the solenoid valve to realize the accurate tracking control of the air pressure. The actual operation results show that the proposed method has the characteristics of high control accuracy and good robustness in the pneumatic control system, and is superior to the traditional PID control method. |
