In order to solve the technical defects such as complex structure, high cost, poor compatibility, and low production efficiency of the current three petal claw capping head, a three petal automatic clamping capping head mainly composed of a conical sleeve, a three petal toothed sliding sleeve, a positioning body, a sliding body, a return spring and three positioning screws was designed.The sliding body was in the middle of the inner cavity of the capping head. During the descending and ascending process of the capping head, the pressure exerted on the sliding body by the plastic cap or the return spring could push the three petal toothed sliding sleeve to move up and down in the inner cavity of the cone sleeve, making its lower end shrink or open. Therefore,the capping head could automatically clamp or disengage the plastic cap to complete the capping task without drive source. This capping head has a simple structure and is suitable for various capping equipment. The proposed capping head can automatically grip or detach the plastic cover to complete the capping task, and is worth popularizing in the packaging field. |
