为了评估钎焊接头的疲劳寿命,课题组构建了不锈钢钎焊接头的疲劳寿命模型。首先通过拉伸实验和低周疲劳实验获得不锈钢钎焊接头的基本性能和疲劳数据,再运用基于缺口应力强度因子(notch stress intensity factor,NSIF)的有限体积应变能密度法,结合有限元和理论计算结果,并综合考虑钎焊后的残余应力来评估钎焊接头的疲劳寿命。有限元计算结果表明NSIF能够准确描述焊缝附近的残余应力,并且应变能密度对网格精度敏感性较低。最后将疲劳实验结果与计算得到的应变能密度相结合,搭建出总应变能密度和疲劳寿命关系模型,为不锈钢钎焊接头寿命评估提供了一种简单高效的方法。 |

In order to evaluate the fatigue life of brazed joint,a fatigue life model for stainless steel brazed joint was constructed. Firstly, the basic properties and fatigue data of stainless steel brazed joint were obtained by tensile test and low cycle fatigue test. The fatigue life of brazed joint was evaluated by using the finite volume strain energy density method based on notch stress intensity factor (NSIF), combined with finite element and theoretical calculation, and considering the residual stress after brazing. The finite element calculation results show that NSIF can accurately describe the residual stress near the weld, and the strain energy density is less sensitive to the mesh precision. Finally, the relationship model between the total strain energy density and fatigue life is established by combining the fatigue test results with the calculated strain energy density, which provides a simple and efficient method for the life evaluation of stainless steel brazed joint. |
