为了预测不同工况下主轴轴承的生热量,课题组基于轴承准静态模型和局部法生热模型,提出了一种考虑结构参数影响下的角接触球轴承生热量预测方法。依据Jones滚道控制理论,确定了轴承接触角和接触载荷参数求解方法;采用Newton Raphson迭代算法,计算了变转速、变外部载荷和变结构参数影响下的角接触球轴承接触参数和生热量。仿真预测结果表明结构参数对轴承接触参数和生热量影响比较显著。利用结构参数的影响规律,为复杂工况下的轴承设计优化和热优化提供了参考。 |

Aiming at predicting thermal generation of spindle bearings under different working conditions, a method based on bearing quasi static model and local method thermal generation model for predicting thermal generation of angular contact ball bearing considering the influence of structural parameters was proposed. According to Jones raceway control theory, the method of solving bearing contact angle and contact load parameters was determined. Newton Raphson iterative algorithm was adopted to calculate the contact parameters and thermal generation of angular contact ball bearing under the influence of variable external load, variable speed and variable structural parameters. The simulation prediction results show that the structural parameters have significant effects on bearing contact parameters and thermal generation. The influence rule based on structural parameters provides reference for bearing design optimization and thermal optimization under complex working conditions. |
