      针对传统熔管压装效率低、人力成本高、质量不稳定等问题,笔者在研究传统熔管压装工艺基础上,提出了集装夹、压装、钻孔、压销钉为一体的自动化压装设备。设计了回转台实现工位的转换,工作台上均布6个工位,每个工位相隔60°;运用SolidWorks软件对整个设备机械结构进行了设计,对其关键机构的核心受力部件液压缸座进行了受力分析,并通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行了有限元强度校核;对压销钉机构气缸进行了计算选型;最后,完成PLC(Programmable Logic Croller)控制系统与人机界面的设计,实现了设备的自动化运行以及各工位运行状态的监控。工厂应用结果表明:该设备能够稳定运行,熔管压装效率提高了100%,工人数量减少了67%,满足企业自动化生产需求。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high labor cost and unstable quality of traditional fuse tube pressing, an automatic pressing equipment integrating clamping, pressing, drilling and pressing pins was put forward based on the study of the traditional fuse tube pressing process. The revolving platform of realizing station conversion was designed, 6 stations were distributed on the workbench, and each station was separated by 60°. The mechanical structure was established by using SolidWorks software, and the stress analysis of the core stress component of the key mechanism hydraulic cylinder base was carried out. The finite element strength of hydraulic cylinder base was checked by ANSYS Workbench. The calculation and selection of cylinder of the press pin mechanism were completed. Finally, the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system and human machine interface was designed, and the automatic operation of the equipment and condition monitoring of the running state of each station were realized. The results indicate that the equipment can work steadily, the production efficiency of fuse tube pressing is increased by 100%, and the number of workers is reduced by 67%, which meets the needs of enterprise automation production.
