为提高嵌入式传感器与结构集成工艺的效率,课题组提出了一种从传感器嵌入式设计到混合3D打印的方案,用于快速制造传感集成结构。课题组利用熔融沉积成型(fused deposition modeling,FDM)和直书写(direct ink writing,DIW)相结合的混合3D打印技术打印嵌入式应变传感器;将试验中传感器测得的应变与有限元计算得到的应变进行对比。结果表明:打印的嵌入式应变传感器测得的应变与有限元计算得到的应变吻合良好,从而证明了课题组提出的混合3D打印技术的有效性和高效性。混合3D打印技术为传感器与结构集成工艺提供了一种效率更高、成本较低的方法。 |

To improve the efficiency of the embedded sensor and structure integration process, a strategy from sensor embedded design to hybrid 3D printing was proposed for the rapid fabrication of sensing integrated structures. The hybrid 3D printing technology combining fused deposition modeling (FDM) and direct ink writing (DIW) was used to print embedded strain sensors. The strain measured by the sensor in the test was compared with the strain calculated by the finite element method. The results show that the strain measured by the the printed embedded strain sensors is in good agreement with the strains calculated by the finite element method, which proves the effectiveness and high efficiency of the proposed hybrid 3D printing technology. The hybrid printing technology provides a more efficient and low cost method for the sensor structure integration process. |
