      针对棉花异纤分拣机剔除系统的喷管喷出速度慢、速度不均匀以及入口压力过大而导致能量损耗的问题,课题组提出了一种基于双轴对称扩张 收缩结构的异纤分拣机喷管设计。首先,设计的双轴对称模型可以均匀分布流速并使气流均匀集中于喷管出口;其次,采用先扩张后收缩喷管结构可以有效地扩展气流,并使其达到较高速度;最后,通过数值分析方法进行异纤分拣机喷管结构仿真分析。仿真结果表明:优化后的入口压力为0.17 MPa,4个出口速度分别为407.1,404.6,402.9和403.3 m/s,与设计模型相比,优化模型入口压力降低了0.01 MPa,4个出口速度分别提高了65.9,64.5,64.3和62.9 m/s;与原始模型相比,优化模型入口压力降低了0.03 MPa,4个出口速度分别提高了70.2,64.5,64.3和66.6 m/s。证明了该基于双轴对称扩张 收缩结构的异纤分拣机喷管整体性能得到有效提高,优化后的喷管结构性能优异。

      Aiming at the problems of slow and uneven nozzle ejection speed and energy loss due to excessive inlet pressure in the reject system of cotton foreign fibre sorter, the research group proposed a foreign fibre sorter nozzle design based on a biaxially symmetric expansion contraction structure. Firstly, by the designed biaxially symmetric model, the flow velocity can be uniformly distributed and the airflow can be uniformly concentrated at the nozzle outlet. Secondly, by using the first expansion and then contraction structure of the nozzle, the airflow can be effectively expanded and make it reach a high speed. Lastly, by numerical analysis method, the simulation results of the nozzle structure of the foreign fibre sorter were obtained. The simulation results show that the optimized inlet pressure is 0.17 MPa and the four outlet velocities are 407.1, 404.6, 402.9 and 403.3 m/s respectively. Compared with the design model, optimized model inlet pressure was reduced by 0.01 MPa, and the flow velocities of the four outlets were increased by 659, 645, 643 and 629 m/s respectively. Compared with the original model, the inlet pressure of the optimized model was reduced by 003 MPa and the four outlet flow velocities were increased by 702, 645, 643 and 666 m/s respectively. It has been proven that the overall performance of the nozzle of the foreign fiber sorting machine, which is based on a biaxial symmetric expansion contraction structure, has been effectively improved. And the optimized nozzle structure has the best performance.
