      传统包装机更换卷膜需停机操作导致生产效率低下,课题组针对DPH 260S药品包装机设计了一种新型自动接膜机构。该机构利用热黏合接膜技术实现成形膜之间的接合;设计了双向裁切刀架结构确定2个卷膜的安装位置;采用精密控制系统实现不停机接膜;运用SolidWorks软件对各机构的结构进行设计并合理规划卷膜的输送路径,运用ADAMS软件分析成形膜输送运动的稳定性,并对关键零件输送辊传动轴和驱动辊传动轴进行了力学分析,运用ANSYS Workbench软件校核了关键零件的结构强度。装机实验结果表明使用该机构后,在匀速生产的情况下生产效率可提高25%,解决了更换卷膜工序的停机等待问题。
英文摘要:
      The traditional packaging machine needs to stop the operation to replace the film rolls, which leads to low production efficiency. In order to improve production efficiency, the research group designed a new type of automatic film splicing mechanism for DPH 260S pharmaceutical packaging machine. The mechanism used the thermal bonding film splicing technology to achieve the joining between the forming film. The structure of the two way cutting knife frame was designsd to determine the installation position of the two roll films. The precision control system was used to achieve the non stop film splicing function. SolidWorks software was used to design the structure of each mechanism and reasonably plan the roll film conveying path. ADAMS software was used to analyze the stability of the forming film conveying movement. The mechanical analysis of the key parts of the conveying roller drive shaft and drive roller drive shaft were carried out. The structural strength of the key parts were checked by ANSYS Workbench software. The results of the loading experiment show that the production efficiency can be increased by 25% in the case of uniform production after using the mechanism, and the problem of downtime waiting for the replacement of the roll films process is solved.
