| 为解决一次性纸杯成型过程中存在的效率低和质量差等问题,课题组设计了一种快速成型自动化纸杯成型机。采用SolidWorks软件构建纸杯成型机的三维模型,通过优化设计凸轮连杆机构使纸杯机的杯身成型机构效率提升,优化设计凸轮分割器来提高杯底成型机构工作效率;最后采用ADAMS软件对主要执行机构进行运动学仿真来验证设计的可行性。结果表明:该自动化纸杯成型机设计生产速度达到160只/min,且能够成型多种尺寸的纸杯,具有成型速度快、成型质量高等特点。 |

| To address the issues of low efficiency and suboptimal quality in the disposable paper cup forming process, the research group designed an automatic rapid forming paper cup machine. The 3D model of the paper cup forming machine was constructed by SolidWorks. By optimizing design of the cam linkage mechanism, the efficiency of the cup body forming system of paper cup machine was improved. By optimize design of the cam indexer, the operational efficiency of the cup bottom forming system was increased. Finally, ADAMS software was used to conduct kinematic simulations of the primary actuating mechanisms to verify the design feasibility. The results show that the automated rapid forming paper cup machine has a designed production capacity of 160 pieces/min and can form paper cups of various sizes, with the characteristics of fast forming speed and high forming quality. |
