      为了缩短茉莉花茶制作周期、提高茉莉花茶产能,设计了一种多层网带式智能化茉莉花茶自动养花、窨制设备。采用了高精度温、湿度传感器,配合换热系统及湿度控制系统,有效改善养花、窨制设备内部的环境使茶叶达到更好的吸香效果;采用视觉检测系统,通过高速摄像机对茉莉花苞的状态进行拍摄,并进行图像分析,确保养花时花开程度达到60%,满足窨制工艺的要求;采用控制变量法获取最佳工艺参数。现场对比实验结果表明:与传统模式下人工养花窨制对比,在湿度为80%、温度为35 ℃的条件下,该设备养花周期缩短了25%,大大提高了茉莉花茶产能。该设备还可针对不同拼配工艺的花茶制定不同的工艺参数来提高产能,其多层网带结构节约了场地,有效改善了卫生环境。
英文摘要:
      In order to shorten the production cycle of jasmine tea and improve its production capacity,the research group designed a multi layer mesh belt intelligent automatic jasmine tea cultivation and kiln making equipment. Using high precision temperature and humidity sensors, with heat dissipation system and dehumidification system, the equipment improved the internal environment of flower raising and kiln making equipment to achieve better fragrance absorption effect. At the same time, the equipment adopted a visual inspection system to analyze the status of jasmine buds through high speed cameras to ensure that the blooming degree reaches 60% during flower cultivation, meeting the requirements of the kilning process,and using the method of controlling variables to obtain the optimal process parameters. The experimental results show that compared with the general environment, the opening time of flowers is reduced by 23% under the condition of 80% humidity and 35 ℃ controlled by the equipment, and the production capacity of jasmine tea is improved. The equipment formulates different process parameters for flower tea with different blending processes, improves production capacity, and the multi layer mesh belt structure solves the problem of large land occupation and poor sanitation environment.
