      高速医疗CT机用钢丝滚道球轴承内部的摩擦会使轴承温度升高,影响轴承寿命及CT机整体稳定性。课题组对钢丝滚道球轴承在运转过程中的温升及内部接触特性的变化进行分析研究。首先基于摩擦生热理论和传热理论计算了摩擦生热率,并分析了轴承的热传递路径;其次建立了轴承热结构耦合模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对不同转速和径向力的工况下轴承关键部件的温升和考虑温度影响下的应力变化进行了瞬态热仿真分析。结果表明:随着时间增加,轴承各部件的温度逐渐升高,直至14 400 s后达到热平衡,热平衡状态下滚动体的温度高于4根滚道钢丝;考虑温度情况下,随着温升的变化关键部件的热应力也逐渐增大;随着转速和径向力的增大,轴承各个部件的温度升高,部件之间的接触热应力也随之增大,且转速对温升和热应力的影响更加明显。该研究结果可用于钢丝滚道球轴承结构优化与降噪,有助于设计CT机用钢丝滚道球轴承的散热方案。

      The friction inside a wire race ball bearing for high speed medical CT machine would increase the bearing temperature and affect the bearing life and the overall stability of the CT machine. Therefore, the temperature rise and internal contact characteristics of wire race ball bearing during operation were analyzed.Firstly, the frictional heat generation rate was calculated, and the heat transfer path of the bearing was analyzed based on the theory of frictional heat generation and heat transfer; Secondly, a thermal structural coupling model of the bearing was established, and transient thermal simulation analysis was conducted using ANSYS Workbench on the temperature rise of key components of the bearing under different rotational speeds and radial forces, as well as the stress changes considering temperature effects. The results show that with the increase of time, the temperature of each part of the bearing gradually increases until the heat balance is reached after 14 400 s, and the temperature of the rolling elements under the heat balance state is higher than that of the 4 race steel wires. Considering the temperature, the thermal stress of key parts increases gradually with the change of temperature rise. With the increase of rotational speed and radial force, the temperature of each component of the bearing rises, and the contact thermal stress between the components increases accordingly, and the influence of rotational speed on the temperature rise and thermal stress is more obvious. The research can provide theoretical reference for structural optimization and noise reduction of steel wire raceway ball bearing, and help to design the heat dissipation scheme of wire race ball bearing for CT machine.
