| 为准确预测非高斯机械结合面的接触特性,课题组提出了一种法向弹塑性接触建模方法。首先建立满足连续光滑性的单个微凸体接触特性表达式;然后采用Johnson分布函数表征非高斯结合面高度分布;最后利用统计学方法构建非高斯机械结合面法向接触模型,并将模型预测结果与其他模型和实验结果进行对比;此外分析了偏度、峰度以及塑性指数对接触特性的影响。结果表明:减小偏度和峰度与增加塑性指数可提高结合面的接触刚度。课题组的研究为相关工程应用中的接触设计及性能评估提供了重要参考。 |

| In order to accurately predict the contact characteristics of non Gaussian mechanical joint surfaces, a normal elastic plastic contact modeling method was proposed. Firstly, an expression for the contact characteristics of a single asperity satisfying continuous smoothness was established. Then, the Johnson distribution function was used to characterize the non Gaussian joint surfaces height distribution. Finally, a non Gaussian mechanical joint surfaces normal contact model was constructed using statistical methods, and the model predictions were validated in comparison with other models and experimental results. In addition, the influence laws of skewness, kurtosis, and plasticity index on the contact characteristics were analyzed. The results show that decreasing the skewness and kurtosis and increasing the plasticity index can improve the contact stiffness of the joint surfaces, which provides an important reference for the contact design and performance evaluation in related engineering applications. |
