| 为解决当前轴承在线内尺寸检测的测量指标少,离线检测效率低等问题,课题组设计了一种针对轴承内尺寸的综合在线检测系统。该系统通过弹性自适应机构配合接触式传感器实现了对轴承内径微位移的高精度测量,通过回转机构和升降机构实现轴承一次定位下对内径、圆度和锥度等多项指标的测量;在此基础上,设计了基于工控机和PLC的上、下位机控制系统,开发了测控系统软件实现了在线测量、数据处理和报告生成等功能,并搭建了设备样机进行了性能测试。测试结果表明:该系统能够实现对轴承多项参数指标的在线检测,能有效提高轴承生产的效率和产品质量。 |

| To solve the problems of limited measurement indicators and low offline detection efficiency in the current online internal dimension detection of bearing,a comprehensive online measurement system for bearing inner dimensions was designed. High precision measurement of bearing inner diameters was achieved through an adaptive elastic mechanism equipped with contact sensors. Once the bearing was positioned, measurement of multiple indicators such as inner diameter, roundness, and taper of the bearing could be completed by the movement of the rotation and lifting mechanisms.Based on this, an industrial PC and PLC based master slave control system was developed. Measurement and control software was created to enable online measurement, data processing, and report generation.A prototype was constructed, and performance tests were conducted. The test results show that the system meets the requirements for online measurement of multiple bearing parameters, and can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality of bearing. |
