| 针对卷烟产品高库存及其导致的高成本等问题,课题组基于卷烟年度生产排产、卷包机台排产、卷烟成品库存策略等,探究了卷烟生产计划、生产排产和成品库存的关联,采用鲸鱼优化算法构建成品库存优化模型。通过全年需求波动计算不同牌号卷烟的极限库存,并根据卷包机台产能、市场需求等要素制定年度生产排产计划。最后,通过对模型进行优化,生成了年度成品卷烟库存策略,降低了成品卷烟库存,年度期初库存降幅为42.93%,减少了因库存占用的资金成本,提高了生产排产效率。 |

| In response to the high inventory of cigarette products and the resulting high costs, the relationship between cigarette production planning, production scheduling, and finished products inventory was explored based on the cigarette annual production scheduling, roll wrapping machine scheduling, and finished cigarette inventory strategies. The optimization model for finished product inventory was constructed using the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA). By calculating the annual demand fluctuations, the maximum inventory for different brands of cigarettes was determined, and an annual production schedule was formulated based on the roll wrapping machine capacity and market demand. Finally, an annual finished cigarette inventory strategy was generated through the optimization of the model, which reduced the finished cigarette inventory. The decrease of the initial inventory at the beginning of the year is 42.93%, the capital costs due to inventory occupation is reduced, and the efficiency of production scheduling has been improved. |
