| 为探究碳纤维针刺预制体在微观尺度的针刺成形机理,课题组提出了一种碳纤维针刺预制体虚拟纤维结构的数值模拟方法。基于碳纤维网胚的显微图像获取纤维轨迹特征与分布特征,开发了虚拟纤维轨迹生成方法与虚拟网胚的纤维分布方法;建立了虚拟碳纤维网胚;在此基础上,进行了有限元针刺动力学分析与针刺实验,将有限元模拟的针刺针孔与实际网胚的针刺针孔进行对比。结果表明:实际网胚的针刺针孔与针刺动力学模型吻合良好。构建碳纤维针刺预制体的微尺度模型有助于了解针刺预制体在针刺过程中的针孔结构与内部纤维的变化,并为分析针孔率与碳碳复合材料的力学性能提供良好基础。 |

| In order to explore the needle forming mechanism of carbon fiber needled precast body at the microscopic scale, the research group proposed a numerical simulation method of virtual fiber structure of carbon fiber needled precast body. Based on the microscopic image of the carbon fiber mesh embryo to obtain the fiber trajectory characteristics and distribution characteristics of the fibers, a virtual fiber trajectory generation method and a virtual mesh embryo fiber distribution method were developed, a virtual carbon fiber mesh embryo was established, on this basis, a finite element needling dynamics analysis and needling experiments were carried out, and the needled pore cross section of finite element simulation was compared with the needled pore of the actual mesh embryo. The results show that the needling pore cross section of the actual mesh embryo matches well with the needling dynamics model. The construction of the microscale model of carbon fiber needled precast is helpful to understand the pore structure and internal fiber changes of the needled precast during the needling process, and provides a good basis for analyzing the porosity and the mechanical properties of the carbon carbon composites. |
