      在自动纤维铺放(Automated Fiber Placement,AFP)过程中,铺放质量会直接影响到成型构件的性能。而铺放质量与压辊滚动过程中的接触应力密切相关,为此需要对压辊的接触变形特性进行研究。课题组以铺丝头柔性硅橡胶压辊为研究对象,提出了一种基于ABAQUS有限元仿真探究压辊的接触变形特性的方法;通过实验获取硅橡胶超弹性本构模型参数,建立柔性压辊与铺放模具的接触模型来分析压辊硬度、压辊压力对接触应力与压辊变形量的影响,拟合出各个参数之间的关系。通过压辊铺放实验验证了有限元模型的正确性,课题组的研究为压辊的设计和优化提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      In the process of Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), the placement quality directly impacts the performance of the formed components. The placement quality is closely related to the contact stress during the rolling process of the compaction roller. Therefore, it is necessary to study the contact deformation characteristics of the compaction roller. The research group took the flexible silicone rubber compaction roller of the fiber placement head as the research object, and proposed a method to explore contact deformation characteristics of compaction roller based on ABAQUS finite element simulation. Hyperelastic constitutive model parameters of silicone rubber was obtained by experiment. A contact model between the flexible roller and the placement mold was established to analyze the influence of roller hardness and pressure on contact stress and roller deformation. Relationships among various parameters were fitted out. The correctness of the finite element model is validated by compaction roller placement experiments. The research of the research group provides a reference for the design and optimization of compaction rollers.
